We are introducing two main templates that have pre-built flexible options allowing you to customize the look and feel of your digital presence. Details of the customization will be discussed during the webinar.

Below you will find some of the highlighted features that we have added. During our webinar we will be discussing all components of your virtual booth.

Features connected to your booth

Job opportunities, or accepting resumes Companies can upload job opportunities, attendees will be able to upload their resume for specific jobs or to be kept on file for future reference.
Book an Appointment Attendees or event site visitors will be able to request an appointment, or book a scheduled appointment during the event.
Stay Connected This feature allows attendees to be notified when a change to the event takes place. Example of changes that will trigger an update (Jobs, promos, demos, virtual sessions, specific activities, and product launches).
Brochures- Presentations Exhibitors can upload brochures, pdf's, images and video. Content can be shared and saved to a swag bag for future viewing.
Launch Pad Companies can upload new services/products. This feature allows you to showcase the latest changes to your company. Launch pad will also accept flip book brochures.
Virtual Sessions Connect and engage with attendees over a live broadcast.
Networking Networking features allow connecting to company representatives, sharing content, and connecting with peers.
Additional Features We have integrated advanced search capabilities and host of individual features that will take the experience to the next level. Favourites, Add to Agenda, Ask a Question and Promos, all of the additional features are connected to your virtual booth.
